With over 20 years’ in retail, FMCG and recruitment, Principal and Director Jacinta Caithness has got what it takes. She’s had ‘hands on’ experience with all elements of franchising, including advertising and recruitment, induction, training and development, operational excellence and performance, benchmarking, and sales and profit driving strategies designed to improve the business. And it’s not just within Australia. Jacinta also brings corporate and franchise expertise from international marketplaces, including Asia, North and South America, the UK and Europe, and the Middle East. She loves working with entrepreneurs and business leaders who are passionate about establishing solid foundations on which scalable expansion programs can be built.

Jacinta’s professional achievements have seen her named AFR Boss Young Executive of the Year and Telstra Young Businesswomen of the Year. She’s a preferred partner of global consultants PwC providing retail advice on an ‘as needs’ basis, an experienced Board member, and currently serves as a non-Executive Director on the Board of Ventura Bus Lines.
